How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who reach out to Sharonpopeseries Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to tell us and what we do next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Sharonpopeseries Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The way a provider we connected you with acted
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home goes wrong, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Sharonpopeseries Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
Send Us an Email
Write to contact@sharonpopeseries.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
